Return Policy

Returns Eligibility

You may return an item purchased from www.vanchoicesmarket.com under the following conditions:

  • The item received does not match the product description on our website.
  • You received the wrong item.

Please note we now accept returns of products providing they are returned unworn and as new.

Products Not Eligible For Return

  • Any product that has been used, worn and/or modified in any way
  • Any product that is not in resalable condition
  • Special purchases including: clearance products, inventory sale products, custom quotes, special discounts etc
  • Custom orders (i.e. products that are custom made or made-to-order)
  • Any product that includes a specified material, stone or pearl selection
  • Any product not accompanied by a Return Number issued by VANchoices Market

Return Process

To initiate a return, you need to contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the item(s) by customerservice@vanchoicesmarket.com and provide the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for the return.
  • Clear photos of any faults if applicable.

Our customer service team will assess your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

If your return request is approved, you will be provided with further instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

Return Shipping

  • If you are returning an item due to it being faulty, damaged, or not as described, VANchoices Market will cover the return shipping costs. Our customer support team will provide you with a shipping label.
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason, including change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, any duties and taxes owed and factory restocking fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is received by us.

Refund 

Credits will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects and processes your return, which can take up to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your statement.

We cannot refund a returned item if it is lost in the mail.
